C/C++

The C++ programming language is an extension of the C programming language. C was developed the end of the sixties at Bell labs, from B, which came from BCPL. Until ANSI published a standard in 1989, there were various versions of C around. In 1983, also at Bell labls, Bjarne Stroustrup created C++ enhancing C with object-oriented features. For more information on C++, check out http://www.cplusplus.com/'. This category provides you with links on how to make your move from C++ to Java, comparison articles and some questions and answers on how to do C++ things in Java that have been left out of the language.
