How do I compare two Strings?
Use the method java.lang.String.equals(Object). Will return true if it matches and false if it doesn't.

String a = "some text";
String b = "some text";

if (a.equals(b)) {
System.out.println("String a is equal to String b");
} else {
System.out.println("String a is NOT equal to String b");
}
